We’ve worked with Phil on a refinance and a new mortgage now. In both cases, Phil has been incredibly easy to work with and always our advocate. We can summarize in three main points: 1. Super positive throughout the whole process 2. Continuing to search for the best rate/points mortgage package 3. Communication behind the scenes w/ agents - between Phil the mortgage company, and our agent, he facilitated everything required so quickly (even in our recent booming market), we could have closed ahead of schedule.
