This was our second time working with Lucas to purchase a house. At the time that we started our journey, Lucas wasn’t licensed in RI so we had to go with other lenders. We went through several lenders and we got so much push back. We reached out to Lucas and he provided suggestions and resources even when he was not our lender. Long story short, Lucas is now licensed in RI and we were able to close with him. We spoke and worked with so many lenders, so I am confident to say that Lucas is the best.
