      We closed on a house in Asheville in late 2021. We were first-time home buyers, so we were a little nervous about buying in such a tight market. However, Lucid Lending made the loan process incredibly easy. Ozzie and Nick were great to work with from pre-approval all the way until closing day. They were super responsive anytime we needed to get in touch with them and they always took time out of their schedule to answer any questions that we had during the loan process. The pre-approval portal that Lucid has on its website is one of the easiest to use out of all of the lenders that we looked into. As soon as we had an offer accepted, Ozzie began to care of all of the paperwork immediately and went out of his way to make sure that we had a great interest rate. As someone who is pretty detail-oriented, I had tons of questions about the different mortgage documents, and Ozzie and Nick were always more than happy to explain everything to me so that I felt comfortable going into closing day. The whole process was super smooth and very easy on our end.
