      Just moved to the area and had a nail in my tire. Called to see if they can take me as a first time customer without and appointment to repair it and hunter helped me out she got me in at 11 and Patricia greeted and helped me she was absolutely fantastic!       I am not pleased with my experience at Lumberton GMC. I was charged a diagnostic fee. Ince the diagnostic test was over I did not know anymore than I did prior to my SUV being pulled in. When I reminded the service lady that my SUV had stopped which is why it was pulled in she commented that I would need to pay for another diagnostic testing. My concern is why should I pay for a second diagnosis when you have not given me the results for why my SUV stopped. I saw this experience as a company trying to take advantage of a situation that would financially benefit the company and certainly did not benefit myself as the customer. Because, of my experience, I have removed my SUV from this company. I have supported this company over the years. However, I will no longer support this company for servicing my vehicles.
