      I've had Luna financial for almost a year now and I've had nothing but positive experiences. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews! They employees are always quick to help me no matter my situation! There was a time my check bounced(I thought I had enough in my account) and they called to collect obviously. I didn't know I could pay online and the gentleman told me I could and even walked me through it before processing my payment! Honestly, pay your note on time and be courteous. That's all you need to do!

      These guys are bullies and very unprofessional saying they are going to check my credit without authorization. Saying they don’t believe me that I’m unemployed trying to collect off a charge off from 6 years ago. These guys don’t care that we are in a pandemic. Worse company they took my car that wasn’t even 30 days late this was 6 years ago now trying to collect 1200 saying they will find out we’re I work. They said I know you got stimulus money coming you need to pay. Stay away from this company I’m reporting them to the BBB.
