      Josh was awesome to work with! This was a refinance of our second home in La Verkin Utah. We use the home for our second home, but we also use it as an Airbnb. Josh knew everything we needed to do and was very helpful with any questions. The best thing? Always responsive - I've worked with lenders in the past and I always had to follow up - Josh did the follow up and communication was great.
