      Everyone on this team was so helpful to me and to my buyers. My buyers loan was not the easiest but they found solutions to getting this house to closing. The communication was fast and everyone in Luxury Mortgage gives you 5 star customer service. I highly recommend them

      Very poor communication and misleading everyone involved. Even lying to me via email about NJ law. Closing delayed almost 60 days. I am a licensed NJ realtor & have never experienced such an unprofessional organization, in all my dealings. The loan officer/manager wasn’t easy to get a hold off and though I had no control over them, since I was the listing agent on this transaction, even the buyers agent experienced constant excuses and the story kept changing. While they don’t have to give details of anyone’s situation to us, they could have communicated much better. Simple thing as a CO which I provided almost 35 days ago, was listed as missing a day before closing, many such instances of total unprofessional and disorganized behavior . It seems like when you email them something, it disappeared into a “Luxury Mortgage “ vault and couldn’t be retrieved. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
