The mortgage specialist (Amber) was absolutely fantastic. She found me an excellent rate and proceeded to work with me and the bank to complete a refinance. They were very thorough, explained exactly what they needed and moved everything along very quickly. The only delay was the appraisal, but that's not on them. Qualified our buyers for a USDA loan then days before closing, they bailed and said they make too much. Their communication is horrible, to say the least. Took several days to get any response from them, regarding anything. Everyone on all sides of this transaction said they had never had this many issues with a lender before. We had everything packed to move, moving truck booked, help scheduled, then boom. Save yourself the night mare i went through, go with a trusted lender. These people are far from that.

Stay as far away from this company as possible!!!!! The mortgage specialist I spoke to was great.....others in the company were awful and lack communication skills. If you really want to buy a house DO NOT use this company they will yes to to death and then two weeks before closing pull out!!!!!!!!!!
