      Moved from Wells Fargo over to M&F and I don't regret a thing! The staff is so personable and welcoming, and they treat you like family. Amy set me up with a checking account as soon as I walked in and the branch manager Jumeekah is conveniently accessible!

      I visited M&F Bank on Hargett Street for the first time earlier today and had an excellent experience!! Amy (Universal Banker) greeted me and went over M&F products and services. She also made a few suggestions to help me as I draft my small business loan proposal. Amy introduced me to Jumeekah (Branch Manager), and we had a great conversation about how M&F partners with the communities it serves. I'm looking forward to building a relationship with M&F and using its services to empower marginalized communities that need it the most.

      I love this bank and this branch. Bank's online system is not the nicest nor most convenient, but the branch employees MORE than make up for it in kindness and humanity! I had left a message late on a friday afternoon, and Amy? stayed late to make sure she got a hold of me and relieved my concerns! <3 <3 <3
