I recently refinanced using M&M to a 15 year mortgage from an original 30 year on my rental property after rates had fallen after my initial purchase. M&M offered a lower interest rate than others I was preapproved with (including an online bank with no one local & known for low rates), local knowledge, a personalized feel, with solid technology integrated. It's also nice to work with a business that's honest & where you have values that align with them. As a Realtor I referred others to M&M prior to using them myself, and will continue to do so.
