      Very professional. Been doing my own taxes with TurboTax for years. The lady in the office, Katrina, gave me a box of cookies with a coupon, so I thought that I thought I’d give it a try. She was very helpful in making me feel comfortable while in the office The staff was very pleasant And, i got like half of the refund upfront. Bryan took care of me, and boy does he know his stuff! It would take me at least an hour or more to do my own taxes, man Bryan had me in and out in like 15 minutes with a cash advanced. Wish I’d have come here years ago.

      Very unprofessional. Talked to, and made an appointment 2 weeks ago to discuss tax preparation for my business. He told me to come in, and he'll do a preparation for my business and if I agree to it, he'll file it and I can pay for the service. When I finally got there this morning, he didn't even know I had an appointment, and from the start seemed like he wanted to push me out the door. When I presented him my business license, he told me that he had to send it over to Greenville for preparation. When I asked what that meant, he regurgitated the same thing again. I told him that I didn't think this was going to work out, and that's when he threw my license back at me and got an attitude with me. And he's supposed to be the manager!!!
