      My tax return took about four weeks to process and I was getting a little nervous about the status of the return. I made an appointment with Damika, who had prepared my taxes. Within five minutes, she had checked on the status of my return and told me that it was approved. While I realize that sometimes it takes more time to analyze the status of a return, she was very knowledgeable about the process and this was reassuring. In addition, she has a very calm and professional demeanor. I will definitely use M&M tax in Seneca in the future and appreciate Damika's conscientious work.

      I've been going here for YEARS!!! This year was the WORST EVER! My tax form is was filed out incorrectly. I found out over 21 days later that I owe! Not to mention charging me $800 in fees! I feel like I should get some sort of refund. There is 2 people that check the forms and they still get it wrong! NEVER AGAIN! I will be contacting corporate. If I could give a "-5⭐" I would!

      This is one of the worst companies to deal with, we will never be using M&M again. They charged us a fortune, and didn't even fill out our taxes right. We later received a letter from the IRS saying we have to do another tax form because of their negligence. Not to mention they didn't even get our direct deposit situated. We had to wait for them to call us and tell us our check was ready. Getting it cashed was a bigger hassle then it should have been. (I just don't feel like everything should have been so complicated)
