  M+T was the only bank willing to take a chance with me when I was looking to borrow a huge amount of money to renovate my office. They made me feel comfortable and made the loan process itself relatively easy, and every time I've gone into the bank, it was almost as though I was going into a friend's home. Antonio and Brian are always on top of their game, ready, willing and able to help me with anything I needed or need to do. And the one time he didn't know something, Brian searched until he got the information. Thanks, M+T.

  1st off. You have to wait 6 months to shut down your account, if you want to close it early you get hit with a penalty fee. Getting a hold of someone on the phone is a joke. Took me 3 days to get them on the phone. Told the branch employee to send a card to a specific location, she sends it to the wrong address on file. Yep she definitely listened! Now going on almost 3 weeks without a debit card! How amazing is that!!!! Forget about privacy- the past branch manager left my debit card out for everyone to see. Walked in a whim to find it sitting on his table right in front. My name debit card # showing sitting on his table. Definitely a great bank to bank with if you wish to never have anyone pick up the 1800 # (customer service). You want your debit card lost in the mail, and you want your personal information displayed. Highly recommend if you want your ID stolen, this is the branch and company for ID theft and horrible customer service!!!

  I just ran into Hercules my former branch manager from TD bank and I’m so excited to find out he’s back in the neighborhood at M&T bank in East Farmingdale! Look forward to work ing with him again!
