  Of the many, many banks around the world (but mostly those in the U.S.A.) I have found this bank to be almost superb in every way. Not only are they helpful, considerate and polite, but each person persists with your issue -- until it is resolved. This, quite the bankiest bank you will ever find, is all the bank you need! What would make this bank "superb?" Well, they would be superber if they served tea and cucumber sandwiches at the door.

  They financed my trailer, many places do not. Their process was a little disorganized, nice people but their website, Mobile app and procedures are about 10 years behind the times, little innovation. I had to manually fill out and fax a form to be able autopay from my checking account?

  The staff at this M&T bank location were polite and understanding, but unfortunately unable to help me with my wire transfer request, as the amount required two bankers and only one was on duty. They did help with pointing me to another local branch that could help me out, and forwarded my paperwork to that location to expedite the process. But, having already driven hours to get to this (the closest branch to my new house in MA), it was annoying to have to drive yet another half hour even further away to perform a simple wire transfer. Seems odd they'd not staff more appropriately for a business day.
