      I wish I could rate more stars! This bank is wonderful to deal with, and Lisa the teller went above and beyond my expectations! She was friendly, didnt confuse me when I asked questions, she made dealing with the issue I had go away!! I will ask for her every time I go here! Please if there is a option for raises, give her one! :) She made me from switching banks,due to a screw up at the other Hamburg m&t bank!!! Thank you Lisa, you were a breath of fresh air!

      Worst bank ever! Tellers move like snails unfriendly people who work there. If they hate their jobs move on to something else, maybe it's the short fat dude who works there who sets the tone....
