      TAKE THE SHARED ADVICE AND EXPERIENCE FROM OTHERS- STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM M&T. They have no idea what they’re doing when it comes to mortgage loans. Beyond unprofessional.

      This bank is run by people who have absolutely no idea what they are doing. I went into close a loan only to call back and realize they had lost all my papers. They then opened up a new loan under my name trying to cover their mistakes and charge me interest on a loan that never posted. This bank should be closed down. I can't believe the unprofessional level at which these people operate. I will never be doing business again with an m&t bank and I would extremely advise anyone to never walk into this branch. Please do yourselfs a favor. My life has been miserable trying sort out the mess they have made for me.
