      This branch is great! I had such a pleasant experience working with the tellers. They were extremely helpful, welcoming and understanding. Great customer service.

      I do not recommend M&T in general. Nothing can be done online and everything has to be done on paper making it impossible to do anything that you need to do in a timely manner. They have made it very difficult to do what other banks could do in days. I would give a 0 out of 5 stars if I could.
