  So to start off this review is not for m and t as the bank but just for the location.. I have banked with m and t for over five years now. The Lewes and longneck locations are very friendly and helping. The Rehoboth Avenue location is rude, snobby and ignorant. I have always had problems with the bank tellers and their service. Most of the time they are rude and seem like they don’t want to be bothered doing their job. But unfortunately they chose this job and they should try to make their customers happy, don’t know if it is me or maybe I’m crazy... As of today, it’s no longer about their terrible customer service but one of the bank tellers put $1100 of my money into someone else’s account , thank god im on top of my bank accounts because no one would have known, and when I called to fix it she told me she’d call me back and at the was nothing but a smart ass to me the whole time because I had to come back to the bank for this to be handle.. unfortunate that one bank branch can make you not bank there anymore!! You need better people!!

  This is 2nd time in several months that as soon as I deposited a check after hours on weekend, the machine automatically displays "out of order" sign and since bank is closed weekends, I have to drag my ass into bank on Monday to file report.
