      I've been to this particular M&T several times, and have mostly dealt with Hank. Hank has always been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I came in today and he helped me understand a feature of my autoloan. To the other reviews mentioning trouble depositing checks, I know this is not what you want to hear but the ATM machine outside accepts checks/cash and is very quick.
