      Sign on the door says 'welcome'... It doesn't matter how personable the relationship managers or account managers are, the people we interact with are the tellers and they have a LONG way to go for customer service. Lyndonville is a small town, but M&T is a national bank...everyone SHOULD feel welcome. I might bank at M&T, but NEVER in Lyndonville, NY. I'm sure the people who have lived there 30 and 40 years like it "just fine"... poor representation of a national bank.
