      Tried to set up an account online for my son to cash his first check. Just jumped through a bunch of hoops at the DMV to get him an ID card so he could open an account. Of course the website was a worthless waste of time. After filling everything out it said we needed to go to a branch office. We went to the Bellwood branch office only to find out they have one person who sets up accounts and they were out for the week. Decided to go with another bank.

      Really frustrated with this bank! I trucked through some bad roads to make my husbands truck payment only to find out they were closed!!!! They were supposed to be open until 12:00pm It wasn't only me three other groups of people came to the bank only to be disappointed!
