      This branch has gotten very slow at counter since Manager Tanica left there. Between dive threw and counter both r sad. If it weren't for Joan an Rick there it would collapse. Sad sad gave one star because I had to.

      M&T Bank is not a very good Bank, they will charge you overdraft fees on top of overdraft fees and if that's not enough they punished you by not letting you have your money. I now have to work a 12-hour shift with no food because they would not let me access my account because of overdraft for 5 days

      The worst customer service I ever experienced. Very rude and not very knowledgeable at all. The need to realize they are just bank tellers, they are only there to deposit people's money or take it out of there account. It's really not that much to do to cause them to be so rude and ignorant. I know that I would never open an account through M&T ever. I'm glad I found out not before I opened my business accounts.
