      This location is constantly disappointing. They are supposed to open up Saturdays at 9 AM. It is approximately 9:10and I see a woman walking around but refuses to open the door. Me & three other customers are currently waiting outside in hopes to get into the branch. I attempted to call several times but no one answered the phone. This makes me not want to support this branch or bank at all.

      The customer service level is sub par. The bank associates speak to customers in a rude aggressive tone. Their willingness to explain things to clients is nonexistent. Not everyone is awful. But the bad apples out weigh the good ones.
