      Cameron, the branch manager, who assists with opening accounts(checking, savings) etc., is by far one of the most knowledgeable/pleasant people I’ve ever met while at m and t bank. Really a great person who listens to needs and wants and gives realistic options. I drive out of my way to come to this location because he is THAT helpful. Great job!

      Spent over 30 minutes trying to cash a $477.19 check for petty cash. Was told I could not get a single one dollar bill because “vault teller” was off that day. They cannot service business customers. Was told I need to call in advance to get the denomination I want for $477.19. That is unacceptable for a bank that services business accounts. It took 3 people over 30 minutes to figure out that they could not handle a petty cash check of $477.19. Go to Route 40 locations to save yourself the frustration.
