They are only open til 4 pm and then u have to do the atm drive thru which is ludicrous! I needed to go through the regular drive thru not the atm! U need an appointment to go in! Pitiful! What about people that work and need real hours?! I guess u r screwed! Good luck!

My husband and I came in today to open a joint bank account. We waited in the lobby for 15 minutes before a teller asked if she could assist us. She said Rosa the branch associate would be with us shortly and that we could have a seat. The gentleman in Rosas office left shortly after. 30 more minutes passed and we were still waiting. I find it extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional that she had no consideration to let us know how long we would be waiting. A simple gesture as to say. “It’s going to be an hour before I can see you. Maybe you would like to come back at a later time.” I will not be returning to this branch and am now considering closing mine and my children’s accounts and switching to another bank. Thank you Rosa for wasting my time.
