I just left the bowie branch and the customer service from the teller was awful! Awful!! Her negative energy was so bad from the beginning. I only asked if they stopped doing the money order or is it just the cashier check? She got so defensive and ask me who told me that info? Who cares! The worst, I have banking for my business for more than 10 years. They always ask me if I want my check in an envelope. I only said incredible awful service. She had to scream what I just said . really! Awful professionalism
