      My ex used their notary when signing a document with myself I requester a copy of said document and no one would get mack to me about it over 4 weeks ago . Lack of service and customer abandonment is unacceptable! 1/10

      They're weirdly closed right now, but their ATM is open 24/7 at least, hence the neutral rating. Not many other M&T Bank locations anywhere near this one, so it's convenient for that. Otherwise pretty average.
