      The people who work in the local branches are courteous and kind. But - If you need to call their customer service 800 number, you end up waiting for a very long time, to be bounced back and forth between representatives, who have very thick accents that make them hard to understand, and they make you repeat all the information you entered into the automatic system. The wait times are unacceptably long, I get much, much better service and more personal attention from GPO Credit Union.
