The service was quick and polite. The hours for the bank are limiting but that is the only detriment to the establishment.

Awful miserable tellers. Helmet Head especially. Brought in a check on a Friday drawn on M&T. She (Helmet Head, huge dark hair) then asked sarcastically if I was aware of the fee to cash a check if you don't have an M&T account, and asked if I'd like to take the check to my bank to cash it. Well, I'm actually very upset with my bank which is why I went to M&T in the first place to open an account. After that unpleasant interaction she literally threw my money at me at the counter, well over $1,000 didn't even ask me how I wanted it or put it in an envelope. Absolutely the most unpleasant experience in Jamestown outside of Servpro.
