      I have come to this bank many times over the years to help out an elderly relative who has problems doing it on her own. The tellers were always nice, but the women working at the desks are unfriendly, self-centered and have an attitude. This type of behavior shouldn't exist at a place of business. They never say hello or make eye contact, and always referred to me as "him" or "he". It was embarrassing. All customers should be treated the same whether they are a 10 or a 1.
