      Amazing bank and even better staff. I switched over from PNC (the absolute worst bank there is to offer) and I am so thankful that I did. M&T actually takes care of their customers and doesn't help themselves to your hard earned money. I recommend this bank 100%, also a special thank you to Aimee, she's a gem!

      If I could give this branch 0 stars I would. They are not willing to help anyone but themselves. Very rude abs unprofessional branch manager. I’m pulling my accounts and going with another bank. I deposit over 300k a year to this bank all to be disrespected and offended ... never again . If you want to give your hard earned money away and have them treat you like you don’t matter then this is the bank for you.

      If I could give this branch 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrific customer service. My husband and I set up an appointment a week in advance to do a wire transfer for closing on our first home. Upon arriving we had to wait several minutes for our appointment, where we were told it wasn’t possible to do a transfer at that time of day (?) To make matters worse, Marjorie, the woman working there, lied about calling us and leaving voicemails to convey this information. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND DON’T BOTHER WITH THIS BRANCH!!
