  I like the 111th & Memorial location the most. They are friendly, helpful, convenient and better than the Glenpool location. Their smiling faces makes my day. :)

  just now !!! do not use there ATM used my unemployment.Card to draw my pay check off ATM said transaction failed and it took my amount I tryed to draw off and gave me nothing. Cant get anyone to help. Poor customer service

  Just wanted to brag on Mabrey Bank. Gracie my daughter texted me from Italy saying her ATM debit card wasn't working anymore. I went to the bank early the next morning not realizing it was Saturday morning. I went through the drive thru and told the teller named Cindy the situation. She told me there was nothing they could do on a Saturday but took my cell number and would call me Monday morning. Before I got back home she called and said she had called the President of Mabrey bank and told him our situation and that he was going to call me. In just a few minutes Scott Mabrey the president of the bank called and told me he was going to have a lady named Kim call me to help. Kim called in a few seconds took Gracie's account information and gave me her cell number for me to call if it wasn't fixed. All of this on a Saturday morning! In a world where customer service has virtually died, it is alive and well at Mabrey Bank! I couldn't be more impressed. Special thank you for helping an 18 year old girl in Italy and a very nervous Dad. You are appreciated!
