  It is fantastic for me to have Dan Brown and his Team in my corner, always happy to help me in my money matters. There are so many bank-choices, and Macatawa Bank stands out as customer focused. Dan and Team still know how to deal with real people; listen, engage, guide, serve, smile. I can use all of the on-line features they offer, but I like the people and want to take 5 minutes to greet them and keep them appraised of my changing situations, so they can guide me in my morphing plans. I am switching several other bank accounts over to Macatawa, solely based on my long term experience with this branch. Extra note: Even during Covid mania they managed to provide excellent customer service, in a safe manner, while other banks were locking the doors and demanding appointments and putting all sorts of restrictions on my access to services. Allendale’s Macatawa Bank has earned my trust and praise.

  In Allendale there seems to be as many different banks as there are churches , most of the time it’s hard to choose the one that is the best fit for you and your family . Macatawa bank in Allendale , is the leader of the pack for our banking needs . They have a team of knowledgeable tellers and loan officers , they all go out of their way to take care of all your banking needs . Most importantly to me is their friendly customer service . They all make me feel “ special” when I walk in the door . To me, that’s worth a million bucks. Julie S
