      If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been trying to withdrawal my 401k for 2 weeks now since I no longer work at my company. Our rep will not take my call, will not call me back nor will she return my email. This is not my first bad experience with her. They definitely do NOT have the individuals best interest in mind.
