  I love this bank, so much I own their stock. Everyone tries to get to know you and you are made to feel like a friend not just another anonymous customer. As an update, still love this bank. Cascade branch has a new manager. While I will miss Tony, Melanie is great and a welcome addition to the branch. If you want to be treated right, this is the bank to do business with.

  Zero stars would be more fitting. I'll give it one for the atm. This location is a great place to go if you want to become extremely frustrated, treated poorly and/or ready to close your account. The management has been notified too many times previously for it to still be going on. 👎 As a business owner hanging out on Google... Maybe the free time would be better spent looking for a new franchise and getting out from under this dismal investment? The bad customer service has been ongoing for years. Worrying about poor reviews instead of the problem at hand is a great example of how you run your business. The generic responses are time well wasted. So thanks but no thanks, my valuable time will not be lost sending an email to a minute bank owner who is trying to look good publicly on Google.
