      Only bank I know of that doesn't charge a fee to cash their own check written to a non-Macatawa customer. I think that's fair. They know if the money is in a customer's account there should never be a fee

      Wonderful banking experience. I'm a relatively new customer and the bank was busy when I went in to say up my account. Kim, who helped me, managed to make me feel like I was the only one in the bank despite how busy everything was. I don't think that Kim could have been nicer. I would highly recommend this bank and their courteous and professional staff
