Awful bank. Awful banking app. Resequences your pending transactions to charge you additional overdraft fees. No after hours calling to fix card issues or account issues. Doesn’t care about long term customers. Been with them since I lived in Michigan and I’m changing banks for good.

We are sorry to hear you do not feel we have met your expectations. Regarding posting order, there is a set order that transactions are processed. Deposits & ACH credits are always processed first to give customers an opportunity to bring their account into the positive. Regarding card issues, if you ever have debit card fraud issues and we are closed, there is a number on the back of your card that is 24/7, if it is after hours, it will transfer to MasterCard and they will be able to assist you. This is my go to branch for all of my day to day business banking. The lobby is always clean and bright with a table of cold water and fresh coffee. The staff is incredibly friendly, always accommodates my particular needs and greets me by name as soon as I walk in the door. I appreciate their prompt and personalized service, especially during the busy work day. Josh and his team are doing a wonderful job and I would recommend this branch to anyone who is looking for a bank that treats you like family.
