My son uses your ATM machine often and has lost his card due to your 30 second removal of the card and this has happened twice! You need to change the way the ATM works! Now he has no card for the weekend.Please consider changing the Machine the older costumers and the ones who are slower can punch a code or something and retrieve there card this system simply is not working it’s a HUGE inconvenience for some of your so called valuable costumers. Once again it’s not the humans it the machines ! Thank You!

I have passed this information to our team so that we can take measures to prevent this going forward. In doing so, I also learned that our ATM machines are now updated so that the card must be taken out before cash is dispensed.
