  This company discriminates against minority owned businesses.I provided a legitimate sales tax permit and other documents such as my LLC filings that are on file with the state .Daniel investigated my company for two days asking for information that can be verified with the state.My customer said he called Financial Pacific Leasing to verify whether or not Madison Capital had submitted his signed leasing agreement and they had no record of his agreement.Daniel told my customer that he was approved. He later told my customer that he could not complete the deal after he talked to the owner of a minority owned business.He tried to steer my customer to other businesses.I have done business successfully with other finance companies in the past.In my opinion Madison Capital discriminates against minority owned businesses.

  Dear Babs Circle Moto, Madison Capital chose not to pursue financing for your customer solely based on the inability to validate your firm as a vendor as that term is commonly understood in the equipment finance industry. We are committed to providing financing to any and all businesses that meet our credit guidelines. To become an approved vendor in our industry, a vendor application form must be submitted and verified. It is our understanding you refused to supply any information about your firm.
