  My Mother-in-law and father-in-laws have banked with a CMCU for a long time and they have always been treated well both in Grey Eagle where they use to live and now in Sauk Centre. CMCU is always very helpful.

  I've been banking at the Central Minnesota credit Union for 30 years after my experience with the branch in Melrose Minnesota I have decided that my family and I are done Banking here for many reasons in which include their outstanding fees for a single roll of either quarters,dimes, nickels, and pennys, not to mention their poor customer service and how impossible it is to get ahold of them when calling. They show absolutely no appreciation whatsoever towards the customers that keep them in business. I wouldn't recommend Central Minnesota Credit Union to anyone.

  There doesn't seem to be any after hours or weekend tech support for online banking.

  Hi Randy, We apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused you and are always looking for better ways to serve our members. We do offer extended hours on Friday's as well as being open on Saturday's from 8am - 12pm both in branch and over the phone. There are online resources available for you as well and you may access these anytime by visiting our homepage, selecting the magnifying glass and searching "Internet Banking" - this will provide you with some online banking troubleshooting tips.
