      Horrible. Approved our mortgage. Then turned around and told us we needed to get the seller to pay an additional $7500 but could not explain what this was for. Then said we could pay it ourselves by adding it to the mortgage but the house would have to appraise for an extra $7500. In the countless house transactions I've done, I've NEVER heard of such a fee. Even spoke to another bank who had never heard of such a thing. Take your business elsewhere.
