  The customer service has never been an issue but the online banking website never works. You can never check your account information online because it is saying the site is in maintenance mode or even call over the phone to check your balances because it saying you have not set your account up to receive information over the phone. We have been in the branch several times to get help logging into our accounts but even the representative could figure it out.

  So I arrived at this branch at approximately 11:14am to open a new account and I was told by the lady at the front counter that I had to wait in my car until someone calls me (please note that absolutely NO MEMBERS were in the branch) but there is a process for everything due to COVID-19 so I understood. There was two other ladies sitting in the office on their phones laughing out loud and talking loud which I’m assuming they were on personal calls. I didn’t get a call until 11:54am to come back inside the branch for “Shely” (A light skinned tall African American female) to tell me she couldn’t help me and someone would give me a call. This was a terrible experience for someone looking to open up a account. The employees at this location are nonchalant, inadequate, incompetent and unprofessional.

  If you have ANY other banking options than Magnolia Federal, I emphatically suggest you use a different bank. The manager at the Yandell Rd branch deposited a check for my wife into savings rather than checking without my wife being aware. She wrote a few checks that of course bounced due to the funds being in the incorrect account. The branch and manager refused to make it right, placing the blame on my wife, even refusing to call us back, making us call and track her down over the course of this week. We've yet been able to get her on the phone, only intermediaries without authority simply passing along her "notes." We will be closing our accounts first thing Monday morning. I truly wish I had to option to give less than a one star rating.
