  One of the big girls with glasses is soo rude and non professional I been cashing my checks there for 2 years same check my boss accidentally forgot to ad the date so the girl didn’t wannna cash it so as o was leaving some other girl called me back and told me she can help me and she processed the check with no problem and even apologize for her Co worker also make sure to count your money and check your fee this girls will take couple extra buck they done it to me couple times

  Very unprofessional team they have attending customers who are trusting them with money transfers. I went in last Saturday, today is Tuesday, due to the fact that my family in Mexico could not retrieve the money that was being sent. The guy helping me had a very standoff attitude, asking tons of questions as if I wasn’t a customer already in their system. The lady that was behind the glass with this teller helping me out, asked me if I was with my dad was with me cause he was also in like to send money and to which I responded yes. She then proceeded to tell me that the guy helping me would help him and she stood there watching everyone come in and watching over what this guy was doing with me. Fast forward to today, if my family member didn’t contact me with the information of them being unable to retrieve the money, Main International didn’t even bother to call to let me know. But right when I called and asked what was going on the same guy that helped me out was quick to say “the system needed additional information” to prove the family member, was family?! Never in my entire life has this happened. And when I was expressing my concerns, he still has the audacity to be rude about it. He didn’t ask through what system I wanted my money transferred when they usually ask. So he sent it to where he saw most probable without even asking and confirming until the transaction was already fulfilled. He hung up on me and when I called back and asked why he hung up, he responded that “he had clients”. I am also a client. A client who has sent out money and my family is unable to retrieve it. Whoever is in charge of hiring these people, really need to pay attention to who they’re hiring and who they’re letting deal with people. As a former manager, this type of behavior and attitude is unacceptable. These people would be long gone before I let them treat my customers with disrespect and smother a bad name on my family owned business. Management, do better and lead by example!
