My wife and I opened a checking account at the Northborough branch, where we also have our mortgage. We were promptly greeted by Bridget, who was courteous and welcoming. We had expected the whole process to take a long time with a lot of paperwork. We were pleasantly surprised to be in and out in less than half an hour. Highly recommend
