      Recently, Kelly F of the Hudson Main Street Bank went "above and beyond" helping me with a transaction that I was making. She was patient with me and took time to investigate and explain to me how she would save me some fees. I appreciate that! I have also had positive experiences dealing with the Manager Tracy C. Again, she is always willing to assist and help in any way she can! The personnel at the Hudson Branch are exceptionally courteous and helpful.       This is a wonderful place to do your banking! We switched to Main Street Bank for our business a couple of years ago, and have been thrilled with their level of service. From tech support to daily banking activities, this is a wonderful bank to work with. Our young son was desperate to open up his own bank account. On a Saturday morning, we worked with Tracy to open his own account. She was so patient, thoughtful and encouraging. It was honestly a joy.

      Main Street Bank has been my "go to" bank for over a decade. Their customer service is second to none! The staff is courteous, professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! A big part of doing business at Main Street Bank is its service delivery. The team works like a well-oiled machine. Its always a seamless process, whether it be asking about the electronic bill paying, a mortgage question or simply asking for help when you don't understand the on-line banking process.
