Yesterday I had the pleasure of opening a new account at your Post Road branch in Marlborough. Manager Judy Bell could not have been more gracious and helpful, taking time to answer my many questions, and making me feel warmly welcomed to my new community. I had previously dealt with a large nationwide bank and routinely received horrendous customer service. I thought all banks were like this - until I walked into Main Street Bank.
