      You would think that a smalltown bank would have excellent customer service. My wife called about a direct deposit that took till 11am to post unlike most banks. ( 12am). very rude. made her cry. they have deposited my money in wrong accounts. online banking is way behind the times. rarely accurate.switching to bigger bank that actually has customer service departments.
