I have worked with Mainstreet Lending, Inc. for two extremely time sensitive and delicate bridge loans that required accuracy and timely follow-up. : they were very professional, prompt, informative, and patient. They also followed up at appropriate intervals of time, and were there when needed. In both cases, they answered all questions related to the process and worked with other parties with professionalism and aplomb. Each process went very smoothly as well. I never had a problem reaching them when needed, and the success of the relationship was critically important and achieved. They were the least of my concerns, a true testament to my 5 star recommendation. I appreciate the Mainstreet Lending, Inc. for helping my family to achieve important goals.

BE AWARE..STEER CLEAR!!!! These people are nothing but crooks, obviously anyone who has previously posted a positive review regarding doing business with them is either lying or an employee posing as a customer. They ran me through the ringer forever after getting my information off investor.com. Then demanded $35k to "insure" loan, after that needed $30k more because the "rep" Cardona messed up calculations. They disappeared after getting my money and have been involved in legal since. If you care about your financial status at all, do not do business here. They are scammers at the lowest form of repulsiveness!!!!!

Outstanding experience with Mainstreet Lending Inc. Loan officer Daniel Raphael Turnoff was extremely friendly, very professional and very knowledgeable. The loan was closed in less than 30 days. He made sure that they had everything needed before proceeding to underwriting. Each step in the process was efficient. I highly recommend the company and the loan officer as the experience could not have been any better.
