      I am a Real Estate agent and have been using Mainstreet Title (Ed Tignor) for years. He has ALWAYS gone above and beyond for my clients and I know that when I send him a file, I need not worry about it anymore as it will be ready come time to close. ED meets clients on the side of the interstate at midnight( if you are an OTR truck driver), he meets them at their office (if thats what it takes)....he will drive to their home in Portland, TN. (over an hour and a half away)....he will meet them anywhere reasonable in an effort to get the job done. I have been doing this 25 years and Ed has had my business for the last 10 or 12 as once I found him, I have used their services ever since as I am "worry free" from the moment I send him the docs.

      Ok. This works. I'll delete those pics of you now..... WOW! Thanks Robbie but I'm going to deflect it back to you. It's fun to close deals when I know that the clients are happy with their realtor. I can't tell you how many times I've closed deals in the past when the realtor did a terrible job for the client and you could cut the tension with a knife. The way you treat your clients (and me), creates a great atmosphere to be around. You ALWAYS take care of your clients whether it's helping them move, buying them an oven, etc. Great to be around positive vibes!!

      We used Main Street Title & Insurance to close on our home and they also provided us great rates insure it. When our home was destroyed in a tornado, Ed answered right away. He answered all of our questions and made initiating the claims process easy. I would recommend them to family and friends.
