      We went through a consolidation refi, paying of 2 mortgages with a new one. This was not that simple though as bot loans had been through modifications due to the pandemic. Mark worked closely between the mortgage company and us to get through all of the complications and get the job done. Thanks Mark for staying on top of things and getting the job done!

      We worked with Mark V. He was amazing and very helpful. We moved from Virginia to Maine with no chance of coming to Maine before we closed on our home. This was extremely nerve-wracking but with the help of Mark and our amazing realtor, they made it all happen.
